MASSAGE AT ARMADALE

NEW CLIENT INFORMATION PAGE

If you are new to Massage at Armadale please arrive 5-10 minutes earlier than your appointment time so that you can fill in a new patient intake form. This form will request all normal contact details and information of any health issues you may have.

Your appointment will involve an initial discussion and assessment of your requirements for the treatment. You will then be left to change in private and ready your self on the treatment table. A sheet for draping is provided, and only the area required will be exposed for treatment. If you have any modesty issues please do not hesitate to talk to our staff or Peter.

Please note that your appointment duration is inclusive of discussion, assessment, treatment, dressing and undressing, and the setting of fresh linen. Appointment times are generally booked back to back which means late arrivals will only receive the balance of their appointment time.

Massage oil is used to facilitate the treatment. The oil used is pure coconut oil as it is beneficial for the skin and doesn't stain clothing like some massage oils do. If you have a coconut allergy, substitute vegetable oil is available. Please note we do not have shower facilities at the clinic.
