I am frequently asked by clients; what sort of exercise I do or think is best, what supplements do I recommend or take, or what stretching is best? There are many things you can do to complement your massage treatment and improve your general health. This technically is outside the scope of my remedial massage practice, however I am also a qualified Nutritional Food Coach, Holistic Lifestyle Coach, and Qigong teacher.
So the information presented here is from qualified knowledge and my own experience. It is offered as an adjunct to your massage treatment and to empower you with additional tools to improve your health and well-
I will start with the absolute foundational ‘pillars’ of nutrition and lifestyle coaching. There is no magic supplement or exercise, and your approach needs to be holistic to work.
As an allied health practitioner I have had access to many resources and tried all sorts of things over the years, so the things included below are those that have worked for me and may work for you. If you have specific issues see the relevant healthcare provider for advice.
